The item has been delayed for a few weeks because of a problem in the seller store. The seller kindly asked me if I'd like to wait for it or be refunded. They contacted me again a few days later to tell me that the problem was still ongoing, and renewed their offer of refund, plus asking me if I wanted another item from their shop as compensation.
