Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

After submitting the form, you will receive confirmation that your request has been received. We may contact you if additional order details are needed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including personalized or custom-made items, digital products after download or access has started with your prior consent, and sealed hygiene-sensitive products where the seal has been removed after delivery.

Returned products must be sent back in their original condition. Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
