Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

*TheNorseWind (TNW) Store (the “Store”)

1. If You for any reason wish to cancel a purchase, You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase if it is not already shipped.

2. If You for any reason wish to cancel and return a purchase, You may do so within 14 days from receiving the product(s) (or the final product in your order for orders delivered in multiple deliveries) or within 14 days from the date of purchase of a service. You need to fill out our Cancellation form and send it to the following email: cancel@thenorsewind.com or by post to:

You need to give TNW a clear statement that you would like to cancel which includes your name, address, details of the order you wish to cancel and some contact information such as a telephone number or email address.

3. When TNW has confirmed the cancellation, You will be provided with a return form for the product(s) or services which will be in the form set out in the annex to these terms.

3.1. The cancelled item(s) must then be returned to the address notified to You by TNW, within 14 days after your receipt of the form.

3.2. The item(s) must be in the condition in which delivered. The item(s) must be returned undamaged, unused, unworn and properly packaged for the cancellation to be valid.

3.3. If the product(s) is/are damaged after delivery or it/they is/are not properly packaged, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any reduction in value of the products as a result of damage or mishandling. If only part of the item(s) is/are returned, only a corresponding part of the purchase price will be refunded to You. 

4. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

5. TNW will refund the paid price of the purchased item as soon as practicable and at the latest within 14 days of when we receive the item(s) back or, if earlier, when You supply TNW with evidence that the item(s) have been sent back. TNW will not refund any costs for shipping.

6. Please be informed that because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the above right to cancel a purchase does not apply to (please note that this does not affect your statutory rights):

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Books and Magazines
  • Intimate items + Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

7. TheNorseWind Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs and posts.

8. Responsibility for unclaimed packages will be entirely yours. Shipping costs for unclaimed and returned shipments are not refundable.

8.1. If you like us to send your order again, you should pay for the re-shipping costs. If you prefer a refund, as soon as the unclaimed package arrives back to us you will be refunded with 80% of your order value.

9. The Buyer is responsible for any prevailing custom duties/taxes in the respective destination country.
