Powerful, independent and impossible to tame, this Freya’s Cats Viking bracelet is inspired by the Norse goddess Freyja and the two mysterious cats that drew her chariot.

Crafted from substantial 316L stainless steel, the open arm ring features a twisted band ending in two highly detailed cat heads. Polished surfaces and dark antiqued accents emphasize the alert eyes, open jaws and carved details, giving the bracelet a commanding presence on the wrist.

Freyja was the Norse goddess of love, beauty, war and seiðr magic. She possessed the legendary necklace Brísingamen, wore a falcon-feather cloak and ruled over Fólkvangr, where she received half of the warriors who fell in battle.

When the goddess traveled, she rode in a chariot drawn by two cats. She even arrived in this cat-drawn chariot at the funeral of Baldr, one of the most solemn gatherings of the Norse gods.

The medieval sources never reveal the cats’ names, breed or origin. They remain mysterious companions to a goddess who united beauty with battle, desire with magic and elegance with untamed power.
